Sungrow - iSolarcloud - share with GI Energy
Share your system monitoring with GI Energy
Sharing your solar monitoring with GI Energy means that when you have questions or issues, we can quickly access your monitoring to respond and diagnose any issues. To do this, you'll need to enter our installer code into your settings. Please follow these instructions to complete the sharing arrangement.
Share your system by clicking on the settings cog on the top right of the main monitoring screen, clicking on plant configuration and scrolling down to the dealer/installer organisation code: GI ENERGY INSTALLER CODE: AUSEFN7J
Once you have shared your system with us, please modify the name to help us find it quickly when you have a question. At the top of the plant settings screen, you will find the default system name, which should be the serial number of your solar inverter. Please add your first initial, surname and suburb to the serial number. For example:
A12345678 should be changed to A12345678 – B.Builder – Brisbane
